Only those that have been to Italy can truly understand and relate to these words. Italy is often described as a nation of emotional people. It is a country that can evoke emotions in your heart and mind owing to its blowing diversity. The art, the culture, gelato and of course us Italians have so much passion for our food. Tourists have been known to come to Italy and just cry as the beauty of the country brings out an emotion you just cannot describe. For us....its like going back home and even when you leave Italy...the emotion stays in your soul for a lifetime. Our culture here at DiRita's is the same... its our family and our customers that make this journey what it is.
We will be closing the restaurant on Sunday 21st August and re -opening on Wednesday 31st August - we will be taking a road trip to south of Italy visiting family and then finishing off our trip in Rome. We would love to see you all before we go - so come and join us for a drink or two!
Our summer party is on Sunday 14 August - we have the Mia Mamma Sisters live performance with unlimited pizzas and antipasti boards.
