No such thing as the Best!
To be known as someones 'favourite place' is the highest form of compliment for us. There is no such thing as the Best Restaurant...but a customer expressing that DiRita's is their 'favourite place' is personal to the customers experience and to us this is hospitality. Hospitality is in the time we make to have a conversation with our customers to engage with them, it is not just about serving you food! It is in the emotional connection with our customers that is important to us and which makes what we do here at Di Rita's so important.
You can be the Best Chef and Best Front of house but if you lack empathy, compassion and curiosity, then there is no emotion or personality in the business which then comes through to our customers overall experience.... we run everything on emotion and feeling at DiRita's which is carried through via our food. Every member of our team is important us. Every dish that comes out of the kitchen means something to us and it lights our faces up when we see you enjoying your evening and leaving us wanting to come back... not just for the food but the engagement and feeling of connection (something we all missed not so long ago).
Hospitality is in the moments we bring the community together over food and sharing our experiences with you! - the vision behind the two restaurants is to give you all something to enjoy and most of all options and freedom!
